Majority of products on this website are shipped from local Australian warehouses. However, some products are shipped from overseas directly to you, the customer.

Depending on the item, weight and location, these are all deciding factors when it comes to calculating the shipping cost. Over 130,000 items have free shipping, you can check the cost when you add products to cart and go to checkout, alternatively, enter your post on the product page under calculate shipping tab.

At this stage we only ship to customers located in Australia.

Alternatively, you will receive tracking details in your email once your order has been shipped.
